Th: 9 mi from work, CC trail. SfN abstract submitted! Perfect running weather today - not too humid, not too hot. Became hungry towards the end, and LE R ham was a bit sad. Hurts walking around today (th). Strolled the last .3 mi with JOS.
F: Bothered ham, but walked 5.6 mi around the city with IBB.
