It rained today, and I wanted to run. But I'm sick. So I opted for sleep instead. I think I'm going to go back to bed now.

Chantry flats, rather slowly. I am out of shape. Somehow, Julian's persistence managed to convince my bummy self to go exercise. Props to him. The descent was not as bad as I was anticipating. Julian got a flat tire on the way back, so we stopped and I saw a tire get changed.
2 weekends ago, I hiked in Serrano Canyon. Sally was the one who told me to sign up for the hike with her, but then she ended up not going.

Ran around campus at a very leisurely pace with Sally. felt good to be on my feet.
Then later in the night, did a "beverage" 1200. hmm...
mrawr, I have been sick/busy/preoccupied. hence lack of exercise.
